Study Management

Valleyspring specialises in study management, helping projects meet banking requirements for development funding. We have significant experience in lenders due diligence processes and are familiar in working to AACE and Australian Standards to deliver studies compliant to JORC and NI43-101 requirements.

Valleyspring’s involvement can be as early as during exploration stages, where we can help develop the business plan for a project, setting a road map for the project’s development through scoping studies, pre-feasibility studies, definitive feasibility studies, front end engineering design and everything else up to financial close.

In providing study management services, Valleyspring can act as an independent consultant on behalf of the project owner, or supplement the owner’s existing team to provide specific skills where needed to successfully complete the project study.

Project Management

Valleyspring offers project management services, delivering projects post funding through to production ramp-up. We offer contract administration and project controls services, combined with day-to-day project management and reporting suited for management, senior management, executives, and board level.

Valleyspring also brings significant experience in project management and reporting requirements that meets debt funding obligations, including cost-to-complete tests and the implementation of the systems needed to meet these associated requirements.

Evaporation Ponds – Design, Production planning and Operating Procedures

Potash, lithium and other critical minerals can be produced from brine resources as well as waste bitterns from solar salt operations and large sea water desalination plants. This not only strengthen the economics of these projects but makes them more environmentally friendly with smaller carbon footprints.

Valleyspring have partnered with experts that brings decades of experience in evaporation ponds design, production planning and operations.

Minerals from Brine

Through its collaboration with K-Utec, Corey Milne and other operational experts, Valleyspring offers tailored process design solutions to produce Sulphate of Potash (SOP), lithium and other critical minerals from brines.

Similar to evaporation ponds, the Valleyspring team was carefully selected to bring together the “best-of-the-best” in expertise, leveraging experience and knowledge of several projects.

Through its experience in these projects, Valleyspring does not only bring the process design expertise, but also provides valuable insights from “lessons learnt” on previous projects, and how to successfully design, build and plan the start-up of these process plants.
